When you walk into this villa you immediately feel like home. It is decorated in a simply yet beautiful way. This villa is one of our top rentals and guests from all over the world love it and they always come back to spend a wonderful vacation, it has something special, a “je ne sais quoi”.

Our beautiful villa features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with flat screen TV, nice dining area in the porch with a splendid view that resembles the Holland canals, pool with lounge chairs to enjoy the sunny days of Bonaire and if you are adventurous enough you can rent a boat and use your private dock located right in front of the porch.

The atmosphere of this villa is just what you need to spend a lovely vacation with your family. It is located in a strategic place, at walking distance of a couple of good restaurants, close to the airport and the beautiful beaches near that area, like “Te amo” beach, where you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets of Bonaire, also close to the supermarkets and the gas station.

Villa Kromboon

Villa Kromboon gives you amazing views while enjoying your relaxing family vacation. Perfectly located in the neighborhood of Santa Barbara/Republiek, it makes you feel like you are alone on top of the hill, watching over Dushi Bonaire, the beautiful Caribbean Sea and Klein Bonaire. The villa is very spacious and has 3 bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms. You could enjoy the sun, the shadow, the nice breeze and of course the very spacious pool.

Villa Finlandia

Villa in a residential neighborhood of Kralendijk well within easy walking distance to downtown and dive shops (Caribe Inn and Divi Flamingo).

A 3-4 minute walk will get you to the beach, where you can view sunsets over the sea or enjoy meals, happy hour, or other events at the nearby resorts and businesses. Dive boats, deep sea fishing tours, and snorkeling tour boats launch within minutes, walking time, from this location.

You can also walk along the waterfront to the center of town (10-15 minutes) for restaurants, shopping, the water taxi to Kleine Bonaire, fruit from the open air stand, and the other amenities of downtown Kralendijk.

The home has 3 large bedrooms. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. There is also a 1/2 bath off the living room, making a total of 3 1/2 bathrooms. High ceilings (Indonesian style wood finish) with ceiling fans and air conditioners are present in every room.

The house borders one of the seasonal salinas that is populated by flamingos, egrets and herons during and following the wet season as well as goats and donkeys. The eastern breeze is nearly constant in this location, flowing across the salina, through screened windows and doors.

You can relax to the sound of breezes flowing through the many mature palm trees or enjoy bird watching in the salina.

The outdoor area is equipped with a dive sink for washing gear, an outdoor shower, a table for staging equipment and a lockable gear closet. You can prepare meals at home with the convenience of a well equipped kitchen and choose to dine either inside or out on the patio. You can feel free to prepare a treat with the coconuts on the property.

Waterlands Village Waterfront #1 (longterm)

Waterlands Village is a small scale, gated resort, consisting of 24 modern cottages. It is located on a private lagoon, with an open channel to the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The cottages are located within a tropical garden and just a few steps from the communal fresh water swimming pool. This particular cottage has its own private swimming pool situated in a lush private garden. There are many popular dive sites surrounding the resort. A few minutes drive by car takes you to the cozy center of Kralendijk, which offers a wide selection of gourmet restaurants and shops. For your convenience, laundry pickup service is available on the resort.
Layout:

This fully furnished Waterfront Cottage sleeps six persons. The total floor space is over 175 m² (1,883 sq.ft.) including the outside shower area and the roofed porch. Spacious living room connected directly to the porch that looks out over water connected to the Ocean. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living room with a bar/counter top. Large, stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, range hood with glass top stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric kettle, juice press, cooking utensils, glassware and dishes. The truly spacious master bedroom opens directly to the porch, has a king size bed with mosquito netting as well access to the outside shower area. The second bedroom also opens up to the porch. A small third bedroom with futon which can also be used as a study. All rooms have air conditioning. Living room, kitchen and porch have ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms. A cottage safe is also included to store valuables.
