Conditions and details that apply

Short Term, Holiday Rental

  • All Short Term Rental Rates are in US $ (USD) per week unless mentioned otherwise.
  • High Season : 15 December – 15 March.
  • Low Season : 15 March – 15 December
  • A High or Mid Season surcharge may apply.
  • Upon confirmation of your booking we request a ‘good-faith’ deposit of 25% of the total charges.
  • Remaining balance (75%) to be settled 60 days before arrival.
  • The water/electric utilities ARE also included in the rate (unless mentioned otherwise). Due to the high costs of such usage on the island, we have been forced to set such usage within reasonable limits ($15.00 US Dollars per night) unless described otherwise at the object information.  If this amount is exceeded (example- leaving the airco/air conditioning units on all day while not utilizing the cottage), the difference will be charged.  We would ask that you simply turn the airco/AC unit(s) off while out enjoying the island of Bonaire
  • Check-out time is 11 am; check-in time is 3 pm. However, as an added convenience,  early/late check-in/out will be granted as long as no other reservation is standing. This is a free service provided to ALL of our guests!
  • An one time cleaning charge of $65 to $150 (unless stated differently) depending on situation is applicable per stay.
  • Interim cleaning – only on request- will be charged.
  • Transfer from and to airport can be provided.
  • Photo impressions may be slightly different from the actual situation.
  • Bonaire Comfort Rentals can not be held responsible for any accidents or damage to you or your personal belongings. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with the law of Bonaire, The Dutch Caribbean.

Long Term Rental

  • Long Term Rental rates are per month in US $ (USD) unless mentioned otherwise.
  • The listed Long Term Rentals rates are for periods of six months and up.
  • For Long Term Rentals a 1 month deposit is required.
  • For Long Term Rentals water/electric utilities will be charged on real-time usage.
  • Cost for TV and Internet is not included in most cases.
  • An one time cleaning charge of $65 to $150 depending on situation is applicable per stay.
  • Interim cleaning – only on request- will be charged.
